Bruce Lubach, a PGA member since 1987, has been employed at various golf facilities in the semi-private, private, municipal and resort sector in Iowa, Florida, South Dakota, Arizona, Maryland and Nebraska.
Prior to being hired as the Employment Consultant for The PGA of America, Lubach served 21 years as the Executive Director of the Nebraska PGA Section. He was the recipient of the Bill Strausbaugh Award in the Nebraska PGA Section in 1992, 1996 and 1998.
Lubach graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa and before entering the golf industry taught elementary school and coached junior high and high school basketball.
