Bill Keys is a Quarter Century PGA of America member and was employed as a PGA Career Consultant in 2000. Keys has served in a management capacity at two private equity clubs, a resort and two corporate-owned private clubs for the past 27 years. He is a three-time PGA Section "Merchandiser of the Year," and in 1997, the Southern Texas PGA recognized him as the Section PGA Golf Professional of the Year. Keys served on the board of the Northern Texas PGA for four years and the Southern Texas PGA for 13 years. He was an officer of the Southern Texas PGA Section for 10 years, including two years as Section President.
Keys also served as chairman and host professional of two Texas State Open Championships, and was the first male to be recognized as an Honorary Member of the Snyder Country Club Ladies Golf Association. |
