Wayne Kauffman joined The PGA of America as a Career Consultant in 1998. Prior to coming to The PGA, Kauffman served as Vice President of HR, Marketing, and Sales Training for the National Telephone Directory Corp and the PennDel Directory Corp, companies with a combined $1 billion in sales revenues and 1,500 employees. In addition to those responsibilities, Kauffman was responsible for business development, customer service, administration and legal.
Under his direction, the companies were award Recipients of the "#1 Company in the State of New Jersey" by the Society for Human Resource Management, the largest and most prestigious HR association in the country. Cited for innovative interviewing, screening and training practices, the companies were also recognized as a two-year recipient of
"One of the Ten Best Companies in New Jersey," by New Jersey Magazine.
Kauffman also served as Vice-President of Sales for National Telephone Corp., which had the distinction of being ranked by AT&T as the "#1 Yellow Page Sales force in the country." |
