PGA Post-Graduate Diversity Program

This program developed and administered by The PGA of America offers an outstanding opportunity for qualified minority college graduates to pursue their education toward PGA membership while increasing the diversity of the golf industry and PGA Professionals.

In exchange for a commitment to a post-graduate work experience, a sponsoring golf manufacturer will provide the student with a tuition scholarship for completion of the PGA Post-Graduate Professional Golf Management Program toward PGA membership.

Applicants for this program must:

  • Hold a four-year college degree from an accredited university
  • Passed the PGA's Playing Ability Test (PAT)
  • Interested in pursuing PGA membership
  • Interested in earning work experience through a sponsoring company
  • Be a contestant in the PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Championship
