| The Manager oversees and promotes Clubhouse operations and activities, and must have a good working knowledge of the overall Club operations. The Manager must be visible and accessible to members, guests, staff, as well as, prospective members and clients. The ideal Manager will be a natural team leader with strong managerial skills. A proven financial budgeting ability is a prerequisite and the ability to work well with the Board of Directors and Club Committees is essential. Integrity, visibility and energy are of the utmost importance to the Membership along with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong communication and marketing skills are essential. Ability to recruit, train, and retain a loyal club staff is also required. |
